14 Days Refund Policy:
We proudly offer a 14-day refund policy. Should your purchase not meet your expectations, you have the flexibility to return the item within 14 days of receiving it.
Special Order Items:
Kindly note that special order items are exempt from refunds. In the event of a customer-initiated cancellation for a special order, the refund will be forfeited. Additionally, a minimum deposit of 20% is required for all special order items.
Return Conditions:
Returns are gladly accepted within 14 days of receipt, under the condition that the delivery packaging remains unopened, and the products are unused. If these conditions are met, please inform us and return the item in its original packaging for a complete refund. To maintain fairness, we reserve the right to decline returns if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Refund requests will be processed under the following circumstances:
- Incorrect product sent by the merchant.
- Defective product.
- Product damaged during transit.
Additional Good Condition:
We understand that sometimes circumstances change. If, for any reason, you've purchased a product and your circumstances have altered within the 14-day period, we encourage you to reach out to our customer support team. Return Procedure:
Upon initiating a return, the refund will be processed once the goods are returned to our center and inspected by our technician. Note that certain accessories are non-refundable, as indicated on the product page.
Refund Process:
Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment. Credit card payments will be refunded to the same card used for the purchase, while cash on delivery (COD) payments will be refunded to a bank account provided by the customer. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
